From July 5th – Aug 31^st, Crews will be conducting utility construction on W. Bay to Bay Blvd from S. Manhattan Ave to S. Lois Ave.

Should changes in the above listed information be necessary, a public notice with updated timelines will be issued and posted on the project website at www.tampa-neighborhoods.com. Questions can be directed to the project hotline at 813-324-1251.

Shutdown request to take place on Monday 11-6-23 for Tie Ins at:

• S. Lois Ave and W. Tacon St
• S. Lois Ave and W. Obispo St

Shutdown request to take place on Tuesday 11-7-23 for Tie Ins at:

• S. Lois Ave and W. San Pedro St
• S. Lois Ave and W. San Juan St

Shutdown request to take place on Wednesday 11-8-23 for Tie Ins at:

• S. Lois Ave and W. Santiago St
• S. Lois Ave and W. Bay to Bay Blvd

Road paving along Kensington Avenue (from Manhattan to E Clark Circle) and along Lois Ave (from Euclid to El Prado) is scheduled.

Residents will be able to return their vehicles to their driveway/ street parking as soon as the asphalt cools. No later than 5 pm.

• 🗓️ Date: March 18 to 29 – S. Grady Ave (W. Kensington Ave to W. Bay to Bay Blvd.) & S. Clark Ave (W. Sevilla St. to W. Bay to Bay Blvd.)

Please be advised of the upcoming schedule for final water line tie-in by CoT:

📅 Tuesday 2/20: Sevilla & Corona

📅 Wednesday 2/21: Leona & San Luis

Expect water interruption from 9AM-5PM on designated days. If affected, you’ll receive a door hanger from CoT.
