The City of Tampa’s Foundation for Tampa’s Neighborhoods Design Build project includes water, wastewater and stormwater improvements in multiple neighborhoods within the city’s limits as part of the Transforming Tampa’s Tomorrow initiative. These improvements may cause temporary inconveniences while construction activities are being performed. The city and their contractor are committed to minimizing these impacts and providing citizens with sustainable solutions that will enhance the quality of life for all residents.

Improvements planned for East Tampa

Wastewater improvements to East Tampa will include the rehabilitation of existing gravity sewers, including House Service repairs to City Right of Way where applicable.
Water improvements will include the replacement of water distribution pipelines.

Design: Fall 2020 – Winter 2022
Construction: Spring 2022 – Summer 2026
