From June 23 – July 31, 2022, crews will be conducting utility construction for the Foundation for Tampa’s Neighborhoods project. The northbound lane will be impacted, from 9am to 4pm. Barricades and signs will be in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow.
Streets impacted will be North 34th Street between MLK Boulevard and Lake Avenue.

Project Update: Tampa Neighborhoods Design Build Project – East Tampa
From April 13-19, 2022, Crews will be conducting maintenance on the wastewater distribution system. Barricades and signs will be located in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Partial or full lane closures will be required, from 9am to 4pm.
Streets impacted will be E. Columbus Dr. and E. 17th /18th Ave. between N. 26th St. and N. 36th St.; and N. 34th St. at E. Columbus Dr.

PROJECT UPDATE: Tampa Neighborhoods Design Build Project – East Tampa
Beginning Feb. 7, crews will begin geotechnical investigations in the East Tampa neighborhood. Weather permitting, this activity is anticipated to be completed on Feb. 14.
Operation will include a mobile truck parked for short durations to conduct soil borings. Partial or full lane closures may be required. Streets impacted will be E. 33rd Ave, E. 32nd Ave, E. Lake Ave, E. 26th Ave, E. 25th Ave, E. 23rd Ave, E. 22nd Ave, E. 21st Ave, E.18th Ave, E. 17th Ave, E. Columbus Ave, N. 34th St.

Beginning Monday, December 7, crews will begin routine maintenance on stormwater pipes neighborhood wide. Weather permitting, this activity is anticipated to be completed in February 2021. Traffic will not be disrupted during this time.
