Overview
The Manhattan Avenue is a continuation of the Vasconia Outfall project and will provide flood relief for Manhattan Avenue and neighboring streets. The Manhattan Avenue project will consist of installation of new upsized pipes, inlets and culverts, as well as new water mains and pedestrian crossings along Manhattan Avenue from Bay to Bay Blvd. to Vasconia Street.
