WELCOME

The City of Tampa’s Comprehensive Infrastructure for Tampa’s Neighborhoods Design Build project is powered by Mayor Castor’s Transforming Tampa’s Tomorrow initiative and includes water, wastewater and stormwater improvements in multiple neighborhoods within Tampa’s city limits.

Replacement of approximately 96,500 LF of aging water distribution piping.

Rehabilitation of approximately 144,220 LF of aging wastewater piping.

This project will incorporate sustainability and resiliency features throughout the four neighborhoods.
